FIREARMS
• No firearms will be shipped out of Canada. Only to a broker for International buyers.
• All items are shipped through www.CanadaPost.ca
• Nazi items will not be shipped outside of Canada
• You must have and produced your PAL or FAC or FFL in the proper classification to take delivery of any firearm.
• Restricted and Prohibited transfers will be initiated after the sale. Make sure we have your best contact number registered on iCollector.
•You will be asked for your PAL, FAC or FFL INCLUDING FOR NON RESTRICTED. We will not share the unrestricted information with the FEDS. This is for our records.
Other countries need not apply at this time.
-It takes about 3 weeks to package, process and ship this many items.
-Do not call the office to arrange shipping details or change addresses. Reply to the invoice you receive the night of the auction with any changes or requests. Or email sales@wardsauctions.com
-If you are changing your invoice from Pickup to Shipping then please reply to the invoice you received the night of the auction. Check your junk folder. The deadline to change is 48 hours after the auction has ended.
-Everything is shipped through Canada Post.
-We use a flat-rate shipping cost for firearms in Canada based on the box size. We pack in as few boxes as possible to keep shipping costs down for buyers:

Payment for shipping is done through the credit card registered on iCollector. You CANNOT pay shipping by Email Transfer.
We ship to hundreds of buyers after an auction so in order to speed up the process we do not send quotes or wait for payments. Refer to the flat rates above to get an idea of what your shipping will cost.
Ammo Shipments:
Yes, we now ship ammo. Canadian Bidders Only.
Restrictions:
-Ammunition, powder, primers, etc will be shipped through UPS Only. It is up to the buyer to confirm they live in a UPS shipping zone. Refunds will not be given if you buy something we cannot ship you. You must re-consign to future auctions or arrange your own courier.
-All other items will be shipped by Canada Post.
-Invoices containing both firearms and ammo will be split between both shipping companies accordingly.
Prices:
-Rates are calculated using UPS's rate guide. The metal components of ammo are heavy and rates go up accordingly.
-Labour and material costs are added to the shipping total.
-Example: a 1 lb box shipping from Alberta to Ontario (zone 207) is a minimum of $50 for shipping and rises quickly. A 5 lb box is $68 minimum Standard
Estimate Your Shipping Costs:
For the most accurate estimates do the following.
-Open the pdf file Zone Guide for area Zone 40 (Edmonton, Alberta shipments).
-Find the first 3 digits of your postal code on page 6 to get your "zone number"
-Open pdf file UPS Rate Guide by Zone Numbers
-On pages 80-83 find your zone number to see prices by package weight.
If your postal code is not listed in those files, you are NOT in a UPS shipping zone.
Shipping Timeline
-All ammo invoices will be packaged and shipped as a single manifest. This will happen 2-3 weeks after the auction depending on the auction. Other items are shipped first by Canada Post.
Payment Details:
Payment MUST be made in Canadian (CAD) currencies.
Full payment for purchases, including buyers premium and taxes is due before the first Wednesday following the auction completion. This amount will be charged to the credit card used to register if other payment has not arrived. If your credit card is declined you will need special permission to register for future auctions.
Invoice and shipping costs may be charged separately depending on a lot of factors.
