Timed Online Bidding Instructions:
-Items begin closing in 30 second intervals.
-Close time is extended if bids are registered 60 seconds before it sells.
-Extension time is 60 seconds.

Items are only shipped through Canada Post and must fit in their package limits. Pickup times will be attached to the invoice following the auction.

Anything larger or restricted is the responsibility of the buyer.

All items must be paid for before the described deadline. Typically the Wednesday following an auction but is subject to change under certain circumstances. Review the payment terms for that auction.

All items must be removed from the auction house at owners expense within 2 weeks of the auction. Items left without making arrangements with Ward's Auctions incur a $20 per day charge per lot. Items remaining in the auction house after 30 days without making arrangements with Ward's will be considered abandoned.

No warranty or guarantee is given by Ward’s Auctions or its representatives as to condition or authenticity of any auction items.

In case of dispute, the auctioneers decision is final.
