Antique Squamish/ Salish woven reed basket with decorative coloured weave, achieved with natural dyes ie: roots, berries and earth. Consignor purports to have had it looked at by appraisers who informed the origin of the basket to be within the Mt. Currie/ Lytton/ Lillooet Bands of B.C. and it's age to be around 100 years, 14" X 10" X 10"
