Antique rifle/shotgun J.Tarratt & Son model Cape Gun, two shot percussion, w/ bbl length 30" [Blued barrels and locks turned brown grey. Fixed front and rear sights. Smooth wooden one piece stock. Brass trigger guard and butt plate. Markings include maker's name J. Tarratt & Son on side plate along with engraved hunt scenes. Top of barrels marked M.Burns Barrie. Purportedly M. Burns was a Ontario gunsmith, possibly re barreled this piece. Note included tag discusses M. Burns and describes him as a pioneer Canadian gun maker. Most of bluing is worn off. Stock has old cracks and nicks, some with repairs. Left barrel is shotgun and right barrel is rifled. Hammers cock and function although are not matching. Great old gun with lots of character.] serial # Nil, No PAL required

• You must have and produced your PAL or FAC or FFL in the proper classification to take delivery of any firearm.
• Restricted and Prohibited transfers will be initiated after the sale. Make sure we have your best contact number registered on iCollector.
•You will be asked for your PAL, FAC or FFL INCLUDING FOR NON RESTRICTED. We will not share the unrestricted information with the FEDS. This is for our records.

Payment Details:
Payment MUST be made in Canadian (CAD) currencies.
Full payment for purchases, including buyers premium and taxes is due within 48 hours of the auction completion. This amount will be charged to the credit card used to register if other payment has not arrived. If your credit card is declined you will need special permission to register for future auctions.
