C-21 - We don't know what the future holds regarding C-21 or if it's likely to pass or not in the fall. Therefore we will begin all restricted/prohibited transfers immediately after the auction. Increase your odds by ensuring the following:
1) Email address - Make sure we know the email address you have on file with the firearms office.
2) Legal address - If we only know your PO box then your transfer can't be started.
3) Range information - Unless you have collector status (rare) then a gun range is necessary for any and all firearm transfers.
If something unpredictable happens with C-21 before the auction we will respond to it then with a new plan only then. Please don't call with hypothetical examples hoping for concrete answers until it's necessary.
We collect your pertinent firearms information (PAL, legal address, etc) before the auction so that firearm transfers can be started immediately. If your details need changed then email sales@wardsauctions.com as soon as you can.
Restricted transfers are expected to take more than 2 months depending on a lot of factors.
Prohibited firearms are expected to take substantially longer.
On average Ontario buyers will have to wait a little longer than other provinces.
Shipments with restricted/prohibited firearms are still packed together with non-transferred items to save on shipping costs which results in a delay for all your items being shipped. If you want your non-restricted firearms shipped separately reply to your invoice to let us know. This will increase the number of boxes shipped and the cost of shipping to you.
IMPORTANT:
Because of FOIP rules there is a strong likelihood that the auction will not be informed when your transfers are completed. Email transfer confirmations to sales@wardsauctions.com to speed up the shipping of your items.

FIREARMS
• No firearms will be shipped out of Canada
• All items are shipped through www.CanadaPost.ca
• Bullets, cartridges and other ammunition cannot be shipped. Local pickup only.
• Nazi items will not be shipped outside of Canada
• You must have and produced your PAL or FAC or FFL in the proper classification to take delivery of any firearm.
• Restricted and Prohibited transfers will be initiated after the sale. Make sure we have your best contact number registered on iCollector.
•You will be asked for your PAL, FAC or FFL INCLUDING FOR NON RESTRICTED. We will not share the unrestricted information with the FEDS. This is for our records.
Other countries need not apply at this time.
Payment Details:
Payment MUST be made in Canadian (CAD) currencies.
Full payment for purchases, including buyers premium and taxes is due within 48 hours of the auction completion. This amount will be charged to the credit card used to register if other payment has not arrived. If your credit card is declined you will need special permission to register for future auctions.
