Mahogany cased upright grand player piano made by P.A. Starck Piano Co. Chicago-New York plus a non-matching flip seat piano bench note: both pieces have been refinished. Appears to have been modified from original to include small vacuum to replace non-functioning pedals. Bellows appear to have a leak preventing player mechanism from functioning as intended.
