Non-Restricted rifle Colt-Burgess model Lever Action, 44-40 fifteen shot lever action, w/ bbl length 25 -1/2" [Blued round barrel and receiver. Fixed front and elevation adjustable rear buckhorn sight. Smooth wooden stock with metal butt plate. Stock is broken and front right section missing. Rear right section of forend is missing. Some surface pitting left side of receiver, specifically around horse logo is scratched. Loading gate cover is missing and lever is broken. Action cycles and internal parts appear complete and should make for a good restoration project.] serial # 1217, PAL required

•You will be asked for your PAL, FAC or FFL INCLUDING FOR NON RESTRICTED. We will not share the unrestricted information with the FEDS. This is for our records.

Full payment for purchases, including buyers premium and taxes is due within 48 hours of the auction completion.
