Non-Restricted rifle Marlin model 1881, .40 cal (40-60) lever action, w/ bbl length 24" [Blued octagonal barrel, receiver and full length tube. Fixed front and elevation adjustable rear sights. Deluxe hardwood stock with curved metal butt plate. Checkered grip and forend. Mechanically appears to function reasonably well. Bluing worn in use and handling areas. Overall natural plum brown patina. Some surface rust and pitting. 1/2" X 1/4" hole on right rear of forend. Rear sight wedge missing. Nicks and dings and other use, handling and storage marks.] serial # 29753, PAL required

• You must have and produced your PAL or FAC or FFL in the proper classification to take delivery of any firearm.
• Restricted and Prohibited transfers will be initiated after the sale. Make sure we have your best contact number registered on iCollector.
•You will be asked for your PAL, FAC or FFL INCLUDING FOR NON RESTRICTED. We will not share the unrestricted information with the FEDS. This is for our records.

Payment Details:
Payment MUST be made in Canadian (CAD) currencies.
Full payment for purchases, including buyers premium and taxes is due within 48 hours of the auction completion. This amount will be charged to the credit card used to register if other payment has not arrived. If your credit card is declined you will need special permission to register for future auctions.
