Non-Restricted rifle Mosin Nagant model M91/30, 7.62X54r bolt action, w/ bbl length 29 1/2" [Blued finish. Fixed front and adjustable rear sights. Full wood stock with metal butt plate. Includes cleaning rod. Assorted serial numbers including 38431 on receiver and mag base, EK467 on bolt and 60472 on butt plate. Other markings include "1928 r" on receiver etc. Mechanically appears to function reasonably well with use, handling and storage marks on wood and metal.] serial # 38431, PAL required

• You must have and produced your PAL or FAC or FFL in the proper classification to take delivery of any firearm.
• Restricted and Prohibited transfers will be initiated after the sale. Make sure we have your best contact number registered on iCollector.
•You will be asked for your PAL, FAC or FFL INCLUDING FOR NON RESTRICTED. We will not share the unrestricted information with the FEDS. This is for our records.
