Non-Restricted rifle Pieper/Bayard model 1909, 22 Short single shot bolt action, w/ bbl length 19" [Blued barrel and receiver. Fixed front and rear sights. Wooden stock with checkered semi pistol grip. Most bluing turned brown. Stock to barrel mounting screw missing. Thumb sized chunk of bottom rear of stock missing. Assorted proof marks on left side of barrel, also marked "FOR 22 SHORT ONLY". Action appears to function. Old cracks and gouges in stock, some tooling marks in metal. • Bullets, cartridges and other ammunition cannot be shipped. Local pickup only.
• Nazi items will not be shipped outside of Canada
• You must have and produced your PAL or FAC or FFL in the proper classification to take delivery of any firearm.
• Restricted and Prohibited transfers will be initiated after the sale. Make sure we have your best contact number registered on iCollector.
•You will be asked for your PAL, FAC or FFL INCLUDING FOR NON RESTRICTED. We will not share the unrestricted information with the FEDS. This is for our records.

Payment Details:
Payment MUST be made in Canadian (CAD) currencies.
Full payment for purchases, including buyers premium and taxes is due within 48 hours of the auction completion. This amount will be charged to the credit card used to register if other payment has not arrived. If your credit card is declined you will need special permission to register for future auctions.
