Non-Restricted rifle Winchester model 1892, .38 WCF ( .38-40) lever action, w/ bbl length 25-1/2" [Blued round barrel and receiver. Fixed front and elevation adjustable rear buckhorn sights. Straight oak stock with metal butt plate and smooth oak forend. Rear sight is replacement or has been painted/coated. Full length magazine tube. Caliber stamp clearly reads 38- and then appears to be defaced with what appears to be a center punch and the same tooling marks used to punch in number 40. Assumption that it was originally stamped WCF ( no guarantees). Much of the bluing is worn and what remains has turned grey. Generally used condition with use, handling and storage marks to wood and metal.] serial # 348846, PAL required

• Bullets, cartridges and other ammunition are considered dangerous goods and will be mailed through Purolator
• Nazi items will not be shipped outside of Canada
• You must have and produced your PAL or FAC or FFL in the proper classification to take delivery of any firearm.
• Restricted and Prohibited transfers will be initiated after the sale. Make sure we have your best contact number registered on iCollector.
•You will be asked for your PAL, FAC or FFL INCLUDING FOR NON RESTRICTED. We will not share the unrestricted information with the FEDS. This is for our records.

Payment Details:
Payment MUST be made in Canadian (CAD) currencies.
Full payment for purchases, including buyers premium and taxes is due within 48 hours of the auction completion. This amount will be charged to the credit card used to register if other payment has not arrived. If your credit card is declined you will need special permission to register for future auctions.
