Non-Restricted rifle Winchester model 1892, .38 WCF lever action, w/ bbl length 24 1/2" [Blued barrel, receiver and full length tube. Fixed front and adjustable rear sights. Smooth straight wooden stock with curved metal butt plate. Mechanically appears to function reasonably well. Overdue for a good cleaning, however, sometimes when cycling the action, the hammer does not lock on full cock and has to be manually cocked. Non original screw on upper tang. Bluing worn in use and handling areas on barrel leaving brown patina. Most bluing worn on receiver. Sliver of wood missing on left side of stock just below hammer, otherwise all wood is intact and no cracks are seen. Does have age appropriate nicks and gouges and other use, handling and storage marks to wood and metal.] serial # 553980, PAL required Description subject to change. •You will be asked for your PAL, FAC or FFL INCLUDING FOR NON RESTRICTED. We will not share the unrestricted information with the FEDS. This is for our records.
