Non-Restricted rifle Winchester model 1894, 38-55 lever action, w/ bbl length 26" [Blued barrel, receiver and full length tube. Fixed front and adjustable rear sights. Smooth straight wooden stock with curved metal butt plate. Most bluing on receiver is worn and bluing on barrel and tube turning brown gray and worn in use and handling areas. Mechanically appears to function reasonably well. Use, handling and storage marks to wood and metal including age appropriate deeper gouges and nicks in wood.] serial # 213024, PAL required Description subject to change. • You must have and produced your PAL or FAC or FFL in the proper classification to take delivery of any firearm.
• Restricted and Prohibited transfers will be initiated after the sale. Make sure we have your best contact number registered on iCollector.
•You will be asked for your PAL, FAC or FFL INCLUDING FOR NON RESTRICTED. We will not share the unrestricted information with the FEDS. This is for our records.

Payment Details:
Payment MUST be made in Canadian (CAD) currencies.
Full payment for purchases, including buyers premium and taxes is due within 48 hours of the auction completion. This amount will be charged to the credit card used to register if other payment has not arrived. If your credit card is declined you will need special permission to register for future auctions.
