Non-Restricted rifle Winchester model 94 (John Wayne Comm.), 32-40 lever action, w/ bbl length 18" [Blued barrel and full length tube. White metal receiver. Straight wooden stock with curved butt plate. Checkered grip and forend. Receiver engraved with stage coach fight scene on left side and cowboys on the range on right side. Upper tang has simulated John Wayne signature and right side of stock fitted with pewter medallion. Includes original Styrofoam and cardboard packaging and some original promotional material and hang tag. Likely never fired. Serial number does not contain a C] serial # JW28107, PAL required

• Bullets, cartridges and other ammunition cannot be shipped. Local pickup only.
• Nazi items will not be shipped outside of Canada
• You must have and produced your PAL or FAC or FFL in the proper classification to take delivery of any firearm.
• Restricted and Prohibited transfers will be initiated after the sale. Make sure we have your best contact number registered on iCollector.
•You will be asked for your PAL, FAC or FFL INCLUDING FOR NON RESTRICTED. We will not share the unrestricted information with the FEDS. This is for our records.

Payment Details:
Payment MUST be made in Canadian (CAD) currencies.
Full payment for purchases, including buyers premium and taxes is due within 48 hours of the auction completion. This amount will be charged to the credit card used to register if other payment has not arrived. If your credit card is declined you will need special permission to register for future auctions.
