Non-Restricted shotgun Baker Gun Company model A Grade SXS, 12Ga two shot hinge break, w/ bbl length 30" [Choked markings include (NONE SEEN), bore diameter as measured 6" from muzzle (L .7375, R . 7425), muzzle diameter (L .6975, R.723)] [Lots 389-399 have been consigned by the estate of an accomplished lower B.C. mainland gunsmith. Assume each lots may or may not have had restoration or refinishing work to wood and metal. Included are the hand writing notes. Blued Damascus barrels and receiver. Single bead sight. Hardwood stock with branded butt plate. Checkered semi pistol grip and forend. Matching serial numbers on receiver, barrels and forend. Other markings include "BAKER GUN CO." on left side plate, "BATAVIA. N.Y." on right side plate. Decorative engraving on side plates and receiver including scroll and game birds. Mechanically including hinge, lock up, extractor, triggers, manual set safety etc. appear to work reasonably well. Most bluing worn leaving natural gray brown patina. Pitting on receiver, largely on the right side. Age appropriate gouging, nicks on and marks on wood and metal. •You will be asked for your PAL, FAC or FFL INCLUDING FOR NON RESTRICTED. We will not share the unrestricted information with the FEDS. This is for our records.

Full payment for purchases, including buyers premium and taxes is due within 48 hours of the auction completion.
