Non-Restricted shotgun Emos James & Co model Sidelock Hammer SXS, 10 Ga two shot hinge break, w/ bbl length 32" [Choked markings include (NONE SEEN), bore diameter as measured 6" from muzzle (L .7535,), muzzle diameter (L .727, R .752)] [Lots 389-399 have been consigned by the estate of an accomplished lower B.C. mainland gunsmith. Assume each lots may or may not have had restoration or refinishing work to wood and metal. Included are the hand writing notes. Blued Damascus barrels and receiver turning brown gray. Single bead sight. Hardwood stock. Branded butt plate. Checkered semi pistol grip and forend. Matching serial number on receiver, barrel, trigger guard and forend. Other markings including proof mark on water table, "E.J., F80D, 11B, 13M, NOT FOR BALL" plus assorted proof marks under barrels etc. Engraved scroll on receiver, block plates, hammer etc. Mechanically appears to function reasonably well. Stock had heavy crack spanning both sides of upper tang, has be re-glued. Most bluing worn leaving natural brown patina. Other use, handling and storage marks. •You will be asked for your PAL, FAC or FFL INCLUDING FOR NON RESTRICTED. We will not share the unrestricted information with the FEDS. This is for our records.

Payment Details:
Payment MUST be made in Canadian (CAD) currencies.
Full payment for purchases, including buyers premium and taxes is due within 48 hours of the auction completion. This amount will be charged to the credit card used to register if other payment has not arrived. If your credit card is declined you will need special permission to register for future auctions.
