Non-Restricted shotgun Manhattan Arms model Pat. 1911 SXS, 12Ga two shot hinge break, w/ bbl length 30" [Choked markings include (NONE SEEN), bore diameter as measured 6" from muzzle (L .728, R .728), muzzle diameter (L. .7055, R .7055)] [Lots 389-399 have been consigned by the estate of an accomplished lower B.C. mainland gunsmith. Assume each lots may or may not have had restoration or refinishing work to wood and metal. Included are the hand writing notes of the gunsmith regarding each lot in the image gallery. Blued barrels and receiver. Single bead sight. Hardwood stock with non-original recoil pad. Checkered semi pistol grip and forend. Barrel and forend have matching serial numbers to each other "9752", other markings include "BRITISH ORDNANCE STEEL' on top of right barrel, "J.H. ASHDOWN HDW.CO' on top of left barrel, 'MANHATTAN ARMS CO" on left of receiver etc. Bluing on barrels and receiver turning gray brown patina. Mechanically including hinge, lock up, hammers and safety appears to function reasonably well. Use, handling and storage marks to wood and metal.
