Non-Restricted shotgun/ rifle (Teschner) - Collath model Capegun, 16Ga & 9.3X72R two shot hing break/ lever lock, w/ bbl length 27 1/2" [Choked markings include (NONE SEEN), muzzle diameter (.631)] [Lots 401-420 have been consigned by the estate of an accomplished lower B.C. mainland gunsmith. Assume each lots may or may not have had restoration or refinishing work to wood and metal. Included are the hand writing notes. Blued barrels and receiver. Fixed front and two position flip up rear sights. Deluxe hardwood stock with fixed riser and checkered semi pistol grip. Horn butt plate, stock button, trigger guard and lever. Front and rear sling rings. Receiver gold wash engraved with decorative scroll and wilderness scene. Markings including "PRIMA GUSS STAHL" on rear of both barrels and see photos for plethora of proof marks under barrels etc. Mechanically including lever lock and unlock, hinge operation, manual safety and triggers all appear to function exceptionally well. Bluing worn in use and handling areas, overall natural brown patina. Use, handling and storage marks to wood and metal. • You must have and produced your PAL or FAC or FFL in the proper classification to take delivery of any firearm.
• Restricted and Prohibited transfers will be initiated after the sale. Make sure we have your best contact number registered on iCollector.
•You will be asked for your PAL, FAC or FFL INCLUDING FOR NON RESTRICTED. We will not share the unrestricted information with the FEDS. This is for our records.

Payment Details:
Payment MUST be made in Canadian (CAD) currencies.
Full payment for purchases, including buyers premium and taxes is due within 48 hours of the auction completion. This amount will be charged to the credit card used to register if other payment has not arrived. If your credit card is declined you will need special permission to register for future auctions.
