Spider crazing to dial, crystal has been replaced with plastic which has discoloured. Unable to open engraved backed watch case. Non-working condition-stops and starts plus a Elgin Nat'l Watch Co. 15 jewel watch in open face gold plated case, crystal has been replace with plastic which has discoloured, lots of wear to case.
